Description
CLEMATIS ‘Huldine’ is one of those climbers that quietly transforms a garden. Its flowers typically 10cm across, look simple at first glance, pearly white, elegant, and softly cupped, but when the sun catches them from behind, the mauve-pink midribs on the underside glow beautifully. It’s a lovely effect, and one of the reasons this cultivar has become such a favourite among gardeners.
This is a vigorous late large-flowered clematis, flowering from midsummer right into early autumn. It’s perfect for covering arches, pergolas, trellises, or scrambling through a mature shrub or small tree. Despite its strength, it never feels heavy or overbearing; the translucent flowers keep it light, airy, and graceful.
